Gurvinder Singh
MBA
Gurvinder has more than 2 decades of experience working in leading Financial Institutions and Consultancies.
Prior to PRI, he was the Director in Strategy and Transaction Advisory vertical of EY India. At EY his role
included advising various Centre and State government departments in infrastructure sector including, transport,
energy, real estate, water, health and education. His specific responsibilities included project development,
project structuring, risk allocation, financial and economic analysis, feasibility studies, bid process management,
business plans, and industry studies.
Gurvinder had started his career with Canara Bank in 1998, where he was
responsible for credit appraisal and loan disbursals. From 2001-2008, he worked with IFCI Ltd, a leading financial
institution and from 2008-2010, with IL&FS group in consultancy role for large infrastructure projects.
Rattan Singh
FCA, CAIIB
Rattan a qualified Chartered Accountant has More than 3 decades of experience in Consultancy, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Lending , Loan Syndication, NPA Management and resolution. Earlier he was the Managing Director, NITCON Ltd, a Chandigarh based consultancy firm from 2011-2019. He was General Manager at IFCI Ltd, a leading Financial Institution from 1996-2011. At IFCI he was responsible for loan appraisals, monitoring of loan portfolio, finance and accounting and advisory services. Before IFCI, he worked with Punjab Financial Corporation (PFC) from 1987 – 1996, a state government financial institution as Manager.
P V Harikrishnan
MBA, IBBI Regd Valuer - SFA
Harikrishnan, a Post graduate engineer with MBA, has more than 2 decades of work experience in Corporate
Banking and Investment Banking. In his career Hari was involved in some major debt syndication and corporate
debt restructuring assignment across industry verticals. (aggregate debt syndicate/restructured ~Rs. 20000 cr.).
Hari started his career in Canara Bank in 1999 and have gone onto work in major organisations such as
ICICI Bank Ltd, SBI Capital Markets Ltd., Cushman & Wakefield Ltd and Savills. In April 2021, Hari enrolled
as a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
Sahil Jaitly
ACA, IPA (Australia), IFA (UK)
Sahil has 7 years of experience in Business Valuation and Corporate Finance. He is currently heading valuation
practice at PRI Advisors. Sahil has undertaken 300+ valuation for 100+ clients which includes large Indian
corporates, multinational companies and start-ups for regulatory, transaction and accounting purposes.
In his previous role at Felix Advisory Private Limited, he was part of Business Valuation vertical and had served
for 3 years during the period from 2017 to 2020. He had served a variety of large Indian corporates , multinational
company & Start-ups during this tenure.
Prior to this Sahil was employed with SR Batlliboi, a leading audit firm in India (Member Firm of EY in India).
